The best aspects of the hotel were the great location and the wonderful service provided. The hotel was conveniently situated near the beach, making it easy to walk to and enjoy the beautiful seaside. the staff at the hotel were attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. They went out of their way to accommodate our needs and ensure that we had a pleasant experience. Another advantage was the availability of various amenities and facilities, such as a salon and a small market, which added convenience and comfort to our stay.

There were a few aspects of our experience that we did not enjoy. the water in the swimming pool was not warm enough, made swimming less enjoyable.

The staff at Megasaray Westbeach in Antalya went above and beyond to ensure our comfort during our stay. They assisted us with our luggage upon arrival, which was especially appreciated as we had an infant with us. The modern and vibrant lobby decor created a welcoming atmosphere. The food offerings were of a good standard with plenty of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the complimentary herbal tea and champagne treats from the friendly barmen. The hotel provided transport to the beach, making it easily accessible. Activities organized by the entertainment team provided enjoyment for both kids and adults. The hotel's proximity to the airport and public transportation was convenient for exploring the area.

Although the general experience at Megasaray Westbeach was positive, there were a few drawbacks. The communication from reception and management could be improved, as there were issues with room bookings and additional charges.

The hotel is ideally located, just steps away from the beautiful sea with its mesmerizing views. We enjoyed being in the heart of the promenade, close to various restaurants and shops. The rooms were warm and clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast options were varied and delicious, providing a great start to the day. the hotel offered excellent facilities, such as a pool table and a fanzine with a PS5, adding to the overall enjoyment of our trip.

The service at the hotel's restaurants did not meet our expectations, falling short of the standard we would expect from a 5-star hotel.

The hotel's location near the beach was a major advantage. Being right on the beach allowed for easy access to early morning walks along the shore. The breakfast provided was enjoyable, offering a good variety of options. The staff members were friendly and helpful, making the stay pleasant.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with easy access to buses that can take you to the Old Town. Additionally, it is conveniently located close to the sea, with beautiful views, and there are plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood. The hotel also provides easy access to the Konyalti beach. The rooms are well-appointed with comfortable furniture and the bathroom is clean and modern. The service is attentive and the staff are friendly. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options and the view from the breakfast area is stunning.

Some staff members were not very friendly and had difficulty communicating in English.

The venue offered an exclusive and luxurious experience, with top-notch amenities and outstanding service. the Spa and wellness centre was exquisite, offering a wide range of treatments that left me feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. the indoor swimming pool and sauna were well-maintained, and the outdoor swimming pool, with the sun terrace, was the perfect spot to unwind. the Jacuzzi was a lovely touch, and the beach access was a bonus. the entertainment was diverse and entertaining.

The hotel's only minor issue was the lunch buffet. While the breakfast was fantastic and the poolside snack bar was great, the lunch was underwhelming and lacked variety.

Room cleaning service was hit-and-miss. I had a few issues with the room cleaning service.

The only minor issue was that the waiters lacked experience, and one of the so-called managers seemed to be unaware of his duties.
